The Guest List: Chef Alan Wong

Marelle presents The Guest List - a new chef collaboration series spotlighting culinary visionaries from around the world. The series debuts with a special appearance by the legendary Chef Alan Wong, co-hosted by Marelle’s own Chef Raphael Lunetta.

Taking place June 5–8, this multi-day celebration honors decades of friendship, culinary innovation, and the shared spirit of aloha that has defined both chefs’ storied careers.

Thursday, June 5:

Join us for an intimate, five-course prix fixe dinner ($160) with optional wine and cocktail pairings. This one-night-only experience features a collaborative menu blending Chef Wong’s iconic Hawaiian Regional Cuisine with Chef Lunetta’s coastal Californian sensibility.
